RAYUHOME / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains how Rayuhome handles personal data when you visit our lighting store, enquire about products, create an account or order samples and small batches.
1. Who handles your data
Rayuhome manages the data handled through this store. For privacy questions or requests about your data, use the contact email at the end of this policy.
2. Data we handle
We may handle your name, email address, company, messages, account information, selected products, orders, payment and refund status, and billing and delivery details supplied during a purchase. Technical data needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP addresses and session information, is also processed.
3. Sign in with Google
If you choose to continue with Google, we receive an identity credential to verify your account. We use your Google identifier, verified email address and, when available, your name to create or link your account and sign you in. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, contacts, Drive files or other account content. Linking an existing account may require a code sent to your email address.
4. How we use data
We use your data to authenticate you, respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, manage payments and returns, show your order history and calculate VIP benefits. We also use it to prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data or use Google sign-in data for personalised advertising.
5. Providers and international processing
We share the data needed to operate the store with service providers: Google for the authentication you request; Stripe and dLocal Go for payment processing; hosting, email and content storage providers; and logistics providers when delivery is required. Authorities may receive data where legally required. These services may process information in other countries. Payment providers collect card details through their own checkout pages; this plugin does not store full card numbers or security codes.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We use authentication and security cookies. Customer sessions are configured to remain active for up to 90 days unless you sign out or the session ends earlier. We store your language preference and choice to suppress automatic sign-in. Your browser also keeps your cart, product selections and temporary checkout information in local or session storage. You can sign out and clear this data in your browser settings; doing so may empty your cart or require you to sign in again.
7. Retention and security
We retain account, enquiry and transaction data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve issues and meet legal or accounting obligations. Signing out does not automatically delete all records. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and verification requests have attempt limits. We apply access controls and verify Google credentials on the server. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and data deletion
You may request access, correction, cancellation or deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent or request restrictions on use, as applicable. Send your request to the email below from the address associated with your account and describe what you need. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify your identity. Some order records must be retained for legal obligations or to resolve claims. You can remove the Rayuhome connection in your Google account’s third-party connection settings; this alone does not delete your Rayuhome account or orders.
9. Third-party services and changes
Google, Stripe and dLocal Go describe their own practices in the privacy policies linked below. We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or data processing. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
